The great taste of a custom flavor is only as good as the application for which it is intended. That’s why we own and operate a state-of-the-art Applications Kitchen—a vital complement to the custom flavor creation work we do in our Flavor Lab.

Our Applications Kitchen serves as an extension of our customers’ on-site applications facilities: what we can do in ours is what they can do in theirs, only faster. Thanks to our deep understanding of our customers’ production processes, we have the ability to expedite custom flavor creation. One of our customers, for example, manufactures bakery mixes. During the development of a new product, they called us to help create a proprietary flavor. So, in the interest of time and money, they provided their mix formula to us where our Applications Kitchen and Flavor Lab personnel quickly created the desired flavor. Our quick work in finding the flavor solution allowed our customer to launch its new product in record time.
