If you ever got caught with your hand in the cookie jar, please feel free to blame us! That’s because at Sethness Greenleaf we know sweet. From cookies to candy to frozen confections and dairy desserts, we are experts at serving up the flavors that all sweet tooths crave.

We work with the baking industry in the creation and manufacture of flavors for all types of sweet goods – everything from bakery mixes and frozen cookie dough to finished cookies, cakes and brownies, icings and glazes. We also flavor fillings including fruit fillings and fruit preparations used in the manufacture of just about every kind of bakery product imaginable. 

In the confectionary world, you’ll find our flavors in panned goods like jelly beans and coated, pressed and tablet candies, chewing gum, soft and hard sugar candies, starch molded, and last but not least, chocolate. 

We produce flavors for frozen confections like popsicles and Italian ices, ice cream and sherbets, as well as for cream cheese, yogurt and kefir, a drinkable yogurt. Our flavors also can be found in many of the inclusions and variegates that go into these finished products—like the flavors we make for the cookie dough that goes into cookie dough ice cream.  

Finally, we create flavors for maple, butter maple and other flavored table syrups, fruit spreads and cereals. We even cater to the non sweet tooth – with flavors for vinegar, sauces and marinades.
