Our company is more than a great innovator and producer of superior flavors. It’s a place where team work is paramount—where company and employee loyalty come together to form a truly unique industry-oriented dynamic—where careers are measured in decades, not just years. 

	Management
	Patrick Kearney has been an owner of Sethness Greenleaf since 1969 and our President since late 2007. Pat’s broad business background and experience from his law career play a key role as the leader of our company. He has been instrumental in seeing to the needs of every customer by taking full advantage of the many technological advancements impacting our industry.
	John Smyth, our Vice President of Operations, has been a member of Team Sethness Greenleaf since 1977. John, whose expertise covers all aspects of our business, is responsible specifically for the oversight of plant operations and personnel and our technical and computer operations.
	Thomas Schufreider, our Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, joined the company in 1980. He leads a team of sales professionals and brokers assuring an expert response to our customers’ flavor needs. In addition to directing the global marketing efforts of our company, Tom also has responsibility for management of the company’s Research and Development and Application departments.
	Joseph Hughes, a member of Team Sethness Greenleaf since 1993, is Vice President of Finance. Applying his deep knowledge of corporate finance, Joe has oversight responsibility for Accounting, AP/AR, Inventory Control, and Employee Benefits.
	Sales
	Jeffrey S. Craig, Director of Business Development, has been building relationships with Sethness Greenleaf’s clients across all industries throughout the United States since 1995. Jeff, who offers an expertise in working with juice- based beverage manufacturers, works specifically in the upper Midwest and with customers who operate multi-location manufacturing facilities.
	Richard Welsh, a 40-plus-year veteran of the flavor industry, is a Senior Account Executive who has been with Sethness Greenleaf since 1992. Dick, who has deep knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry, works with customers in Florida and across the rest of the country.
	Danny White, a vital member of Team Sethness Greenleaf joined the company as an account executive in 2006. Danny handles our sales effort in the Midwest, the Mid-South as well as New England and the Mid-Atlantic states. Danny is well-versed in all aspects of our customer’s needs especially in the beverage, confection, condiment/sauce categories. An eternal optimist, Danny is a rabid Chicago Cubs fan.
	Laura J. Woodring serves Sethness Greenleaf in a dual capacity as both an Account Executive and as our Director of Broker Sales. She manages the sales efforts of our broker sales teams as well as handling specific accounts throughout the Midwest. Laura brings her experience since 1992 to these roles including a strong baking and beverage industries expertise.
	Rosa Zuniga joined our sales team in 1995. As International Sales Manager and a valued member of Team Sethness Greenleaf, Rosa has an unequalled understanding of Latin America and the Middle East – two key international markets in which she handles the company’s sales.
	Lucy Placek, another Sethness Greenleaf veteran who joined our sales department in 1991, is our European Sales Manager. A native of Poland, Lucy is particularly capable of serving the European market and has built alliances with distributors and companies serving all European Union and independent trade countries.
	Laboratory and Application Development
	Cyndie Lipka, a veteran Certified Flavor Chemist, joined Sethness Greenleaf in 2006. Responsible for the ideation and development of flavors to meet the needs of our customers, Cyndie has a specific expertise in developing flavors for the confection industry.
	Bill Aslanides is a Flavor Chemist who has been a member of Team Sethness Greenleaf since 1993. Among his many achievements is the development and fulfillment of flavors used in multitudes of products across the globe. While highly skilled in all areas of flavor creation, Bill has a particular expertise in creating innovative flavors for the alcoholic beverage industry. He also has extensive experience in the development and application of beverage emulsions.
	Greg Kaminski, a veteran Certified Chef in the restaurant and hospitality industries prior to joining Team Sethness Greenleaf in 2007, heads our Application Kitchen. Greg is responsible for testing the flavors in different applications and creating innovative solutions to our customers’ processing challenges.
	Administration
	Ken Ciukowski, one of the senior members of Team Sethness Greenleaf, has been our Purchasing Manager since 1969. Through Ken’s expert management of our supply chain, our customers are assured of a consistent supply of ingredients at competitive prices.
	John Sherwood joined Team Sethness Greenleaf in 1991 as our Customer Service Manager. John is a strong advocate for our customers, assuring a smooth process from order placement through order fulfillment.
